Laurenburg

When I was in fifth grade my class went on a trip to Colonial Williamsburg. For one of our projects we had to create a town. My dad and I created a magical world of popsicle sticks that looked more like the O.K. Coral than 1776. Let's be honest, my dad did most of the work. But, when he was done, he dubbed the town Laurenburg and painted the word on a popsicle stick sign. Ah, sweet Laurenburg.

Dream Invaders

I wake up to find Evan sitting up in bed, stooped over the computer. He likes to get up a little earlier than me because only one of our computers is connected to the internet now and I tend to hog that one. I've been very strict with him, all drawing all the time. None of this fooling around on the internet. Now that we have the GPS he even draws while I'm driving!

Anywho, I thought he was working on email. I should have known better as he never answers his emails. Turns out he was playing tetris. As a Snood & Spider Solitaire addict, I was intrigued. And then the memory came back, I dreamt in PacMan and Space Invaders.

It's 1:45am. You are asleep next to me. I'm sitting up in bed, stooped over the computer!
