Lauren is an experienced graphic designer and has worked for the world’Äôs leading educational publishers, including Scholastic, Inc. Lauren is an expert in desktop publishing, as well as traditional design. She can help you troubleshoot your computer problems and simplify your job by teaching you about software and how you can use your computer as a tool. Lauren has a BS in Advertising from the University of Florida’Äôs College of Journalism & Communication and has worked in marketing, advertising &’Äàpublishing. She can help you with design, as well as the business side of your yearbook. Lauren was always interested in writing and art, but feels the catalyst to her career in print publishing was a high school guidance counselor who suggested she work on the yearbook.
Evan Forsch has been an artist since he got
his first crayon when he was three. Since then, he has not stopped drawing’Äìalthough
he has moved on to other media. Some of
the skills that helped him get into art school
were developed working on his high school
yearbook, the Pascack Valley Warrior, in
Hillsdale, NJ. Evan has a BFA in Advertising
from the prestigious Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. In addition to learning the business of Herff
Jones yearbooks, Evan works as a cartoonist.
His most recent work is in the October
30 issue of The New Yorker, and selected
segments of ’ÄúPale Force’Äù, an animated
cartoon featured on Conan O’ÄòBrien’Äòs late
night television show.
